Having worked with Tripta on a very complex and highly technical project for approximately one year, I would have no hesitation in recommending her for a position within any business environment.

I found Tripta to be very hard working and conscientious, and not afraid of hard work as proven by her often being the last in the office on many evenings. 

The level of work she produced was excellent; the technical specifications she wrote were very detailed and gave the developers sufficient insight into the business requirements and technical intricacies of the item in question.

As well as being very able to work on her own, Tripta was also a very valuable member of a large project team, she gave valuable input in meetings and was always in good spirit.  She would spend time with the development team, getting over her ideas and she never allowed what was a very demanding and difficult application get the better of her.

I worked with Tripta on a large project around 9 years ago, to enhance a legacy system and to add several new interfaces. She was the Business Analyst/Designer on the project and was a very dedicated team member who would if necessary work outside normal working hours in order to meet deadlines.

Tripta is a person who pays a lot of attention to detail and her specifications were very detailed and accurate.

A lot of the team members did not have her extensive knowledge of Structured Query Language (SQL) and Procedural Language/Structured Query Language (PL*SQL) and she was always a great help to them whether it was a coding problem or they needed help with the testing. I myself learned a lot from her.

Tripta also did presentations to the support team who took on support of the system when the project had finished.

She is a very confident woman with a great personality, I would gladly work with her again.

She has got a drive like no-one else I have met and when she sets herself a target, then she will achieve it.
