Personal Interests
I am passionate about making a positive difference, which is what motivated me to do Green IT Consultancy (www.givingtimeandsolutions.com). People I know also told me I should be offering more services where they believe I do well, and these have been added in April 2012 – basically helping people to achieve their goals! Personal development is something I’ve always had an interest in personally, and now I’m able to do it professionally!
In my spare time, I like to spend time with my family and friends, volunteer/fund raising events (which are mainly sports or dance related), do sports (yoga/pilates/jog/dance) and watch Bollywood movies!
I have found it very rewarding to have spent time with a number of charities, especially an orphanage in India.
I absolutely love Bollywood films (old and new), music and dance!
I am a (born) vegetarian (good for the environment ) and enjoy a variety of active sports (which keeps me energy efficient! ).
In a nutshell, ‘be fit, healthy, positive and help/give to others’.
Tripta’s dance class was one of the most fun exercise/dance classes i’ve been to!
. I thoroughly recommend this class to everyone.
I have not done this sort of dance before and was pleasantly surprised. The Bollywood and Bhangra moves were simple and easy to follow and kept both my heart rate up and me smiling throughout the whole session
I attended Tripta’s Bollywood workshop at RISC in aid of BTCV. The class was great fun and fantastic exercise. Would definitely do it again!
Tripta gave an incredible dance workshop in Caversham to raise money for our Charity, Mukti, which supports four orphanages in India. She is a skilled teacher and she made the Bollywood and Bhangra moves great fun and we had a good workout at the same time. I loved every minute and thoroughly recommend this class to everyone.
